Nutty Honey Millet Muesli Bars
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, mix 2 cups of millet muesli, 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or cashews), and 1/4 cup of dried fruit (raisins or cranberries). In a separate bowl, combine 1/4 cup of honey, 1/4 cup of almond butter, and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Heat the honey mixture until smooth, then pour it over the dry ingredients and mix well. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. Allow to cool, then cut into bars. These make a perfect on-the-go snack.
